Keith Ashburn

Keith Ashburn, Senior Vice President, brings twenty-five years of management experience to 12 Oaks. Keith’s responsibilities include supervision of all aspects of the management contracts for 12 Oaks managed properties, leading the effort to recruit, hire, train, and support all on-site staff relative to operations, marketing and leasing.

Keith was born and raised in Dallas, TX and graduated from Richardson High School in 1976. Keith graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration. Since his graduation Keith has worked for several companies including S&A Restaurant Corporation, ARA Services and Business Benefits Corporation. Half of his career has been with 12 Oaks Senior Living.

Keith and his wife, Becky have been married over 25 years and have one son, Joshua. Keith enjoys sailing, woodworking, and is a hobby beekeeper.
