Aaron J. Catoe

Aaron J. Catoe, Vice President of 12 Oaks, brings extensive experience in the sales and marketing arena. He has been involved in numerous, successful community turn-a-rounds resulting in record revenue and operating gains. He has been directly involved in Senior Living for more than 10 years. Hands on selling and corporate leadership roles have brought enlightened perspectives, helping him to promote a culture of empowerment with “personal and group accountability”.

Graduating from Stephen F. Austin, with a degree in both Gerontology and Sociology has enabled a distinctive understanding of prospective resident obstacles and a solid grasp on industry shifts and trends. Aaron shares responsibility with other leadership staff in hiring, training, and support to communities for day to day operations and sales efforts.

In time away from the job duties Aaron can be found engrossed in a home improvement project or elbow deep in bringing a classic vehicle back to life. Other interests include cycling, reading, attending church and valued time with family and friends.
