Lisa Nelson, Vice President of 12 Oaks, brings a wealth of knowledge to 12 Oaks with over thirteen years of operations and marketing experience. Her background includes acquisition of financially troubled communities, successfully turning them around to the point that they achieved record revenue making them financially stable and successful.
Lisa has held various positions within the Senior Living industry, in both Independent and Assisted Living. She has also completed her Assisted Living Managers Certification through Texas State University and the NAB.
A graduate from Capella University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, in 2005 Lisa earned a Masters in Business Administration from Capella while working as an Executive Director/Corporate Trainer for a Florida-based Senior Living provider.
In her free time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her son Codi and her two Boston Terriers. As an animal lover, Lisa volunteers at the SPCA and has been a foster home for the Lewisville Humane Society. You can also find her working in the yard or completing home improvement projects on the weekends.
